The  program is written using mainly bodyweight, and very minimal equipment (skipping rope, step/bench and a set of dumbells may be required)

Every day for the first 2 weeks offers something different to keep you on your toes, then you get the chance to repeat those 2 weeks and either beat your time, your distance or your finished feeling of accomplishment.
